Position : Production-Assistant Manager/Dy Manager

Mandatory Required Experience : 6-10 years

Location/ Plant : Ghiloth (Near Neemrana)

BE/ B. Tech/Diploma (Mech/Elect)

Job Profile

• Handling entire production related activities of Assy. line (IDU & ODU)

• Implement and maintained 5S in shop floor & ISO 9001:2000 & TPM related documents.

• Minimizing customer complaint in coordination with Design, P.E and Q.A

• A team member for Feasibility Study for development jobs

• Adhering preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with maintenance dept.

• Justifying manpower requirement, recruiting manpower through proper channel.

• Imparting training allocating their jobs, giving initial support for performing in their respective fields.

• Finding training needs for subordinates and trained them in those respective area for improvement

• Monitor rejection /rework and act immediately on controlling and preventing of it.

• Control of consumption of tool, consumables etc. maintain tool jig, fixture

• Machine in neat condition and proper housekeeping-5S.

• Monitor and evaluate behavior and work performance of workers regularly

• Prepared schedules for plant operations and assigned rotational shifts to the employees

• Evaluated productivity of the SBU and introduced new strategies to enhance productivity without increasing duty hours of the employees Roles and Responsibilities
