  • As Shift Incharge / Asst Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-
    1. Ensure that Flipkart processes and Quality Management Processes are implemented and adhered to
    2. Training of warehouse personnel on Flipkart processes
    3. Coordinate with different teams in Flipkart to ensure smooth warehouse operations
    a. Coordinate with Transport Team for timely dispatch of goods
    b. Coordinate with Procurement Team for any discrepancy in material receipt
    c. Coordinate with Liquidation team to move the return materials
    d. Coordinate with IT team to ensure that Flipkart Systems work smoothly
    4. Support in achieving and improving the productivity targets
    5. Ensure 5S and Safety in the warehouse
    6. Identify Improvement Projects in warehouse and implement them

    Qualification:-
    The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree and should have experience in warehousing and/or manufacturing. It would be great if the candidate has experience in implementing Quality Tools such as Six Sigma or Lean in his/her organization. The candidate should be well versed with MS excel &PowerPoint and should be able to showcase passion towards using technology as an enabler.

    Working location - Vapi, Gujarat

    Expected salary - INR 4LPA-7LPA
