Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary caregiver for children residing in the children s home
- Guide the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of the children.
- Handle children with love and affection
- Talk to adolescent boys
- Supervise the children to see that that they are complying with Agency rules.
- Attend meetings with Social Worker and Child Welfare Officer
- Report any counseling need of the children to Social Worker and Child Welfare Officer.
- Ensure that children do their homework and guide them on daily basis.
- Ensure that children participate in extracurricular activities and develop latent talents in them.
- Encourage child engagement activities
- Provide motherly environment to the children
Required Competencies :
- he should be above 40 years but below 60 years of age
- Graduation with at least 1-4 years of experience in similar setup and role.
- Any other training in child care and development
