Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary caregiver for children residing in the children s home
Guide the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of the children.
Handle children with love and affection
Talk to adolescent boys
Supervise the children to see that that they are complying with Agency rules.
Attend meetings with Social Worker and Child Welfare Officer
Report any counseling need of the children to Social Worker and Child Welfare Officer.
Ensure that children do their homework and guide them on daily basis.
Ensure that children participate in extracurricular activities and develop latent talents in them.
Encourage child engagement activities
Provide motherly environment to the children
