Exciting Internship opportunity (6 months) in the Customer Care department of the Vision Care Business of Carl Zeiss India!!!
Project Description:
- Understand, map & document all the existing MSP (Market stocking points) processes
- Conduct a time & motion activity of all the existing MSP processes and tasks in place
- Identify repeated, non-value-added task at each stage
- Do a detailed study of other industry warehouse automation and implement the best practices to our setup
- Problem solving and find out the ways to remove repeated task and reduce the time taken at every stage
- Explore digitization opportunities in MSP operations
Desired Profile:
- Pursuing Graduation (Any)
- Language Proficiency - English, Hindi & Kannada
- Problem Solving attitude
- Understanding of lean/Six sigma methodologies will be a plus
- Analytical mindset, hands on with Microsoft excel
