Job description
Role Summary:
- Assist with ongoing process automation and optimization diagnostic assessment program.
- Define and deploy process health metrics
- Mentor and Manage improvement and automation (RPA) projects
- Conduct Lean Yellow Belt (YB) and Lean Green Belt (GB) training
- Assist in data analysis and building forecasting models
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Map the processes across BUs
- Identify and deliver on key strategic high impact improvement projects; Mentor YB s and GB s
- Delivering Six Sigma YB/GB trainings independently and mentoring LEAN Six Sigma projects
- Developing Lean Six Sigma training modules
- Data Analysis and modelling, creating forecasting models
- Mentor and assist in conducting RCA frameworks
- Track and report the progress of the initiatives to Sr. Management on a regular basis
Functional Skills:
- Must-Have
- A minimum of 2000 person-hours in conducting YB and GB
- Mentored and Managed at least 8 to 10 YB or GB projects
- Successfully deployed at least 2 or 3 GB projects
- Hands-on knowledge using MS-Excel Stats pack or Minitab
- Exposure to BPO, KPO, LPO tools and applications
- Hands-on experience using Lean and Statistical tools
- Hands-on experience in driving change
- Good to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Power tools, RPA tools, PowerBI
- Exposure to PMP or other project management methodologies
- Exposure to Data Science projects and RPA projects
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Any Degree/MBA
- Must be a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ISI or ASQ.
- Trained PMP or Prince 2 are preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role in Business Excellence or Business Transformation.
