Job description



  • Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects and driving results
  • Hands on experience in reporting using Tableau
  • Train, coach, and mentor Green Belt candidates to complete the projects and help them with certifications
  • Shall be involved in need assessment, project selection, project impact, and overall project management
  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion and deliver expected customer results
  • Driving a culture of data based decision making and of continuous improvement, automation, and operational analytics on the floor by engaging with Stakeholders at various levels
  • Knowledge and understanding of PowerBI
  • Identify robotics automation opportunities.

  • Experience in implementation of value stream maps, Root Cause Analysis, Non Value add identification
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting in Tableau
  • Good working knowledge of MS -Office, especially Excel PowerPoint
  • Good Understanding of the RPA Process, tools methodologies
  • Trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt (desirable)
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and derive clear actionable from hazy inputs
  • Has the skills to identify/recognize automation opportunities. (if have driven automation working along with developers is an added advantage)
  • Strong in communication and able to present to clients on the transformation roadmap
  • Self-started and able to work independently with minimal support/guidance Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
