Bachelor Engineering in Chemical / Mechanical , preferably with a Six Sigma Black Belt with 8 or 8 + years of good experience in continuous manufacturing facility, specifically in a lead role of Process Management, with a good understanding of the plant organisation.
Monitors, analyses and implements Process Control plan for the plant Interacts with internal & external stake customers, to understand the market and manufacturing issues.
Leads in engineering the manufacturing process to meet/exceed internal & external customer expectations
Enables on going continuous improvement in standard deviation of all key process parameters in line with the Group Bench marking report
Formulates, monitors and implements plans for achievement of consistent product quality with minimum process downtime and minimum quality complaints
Demonstrate technical leadership on process.
