Mphasis hiring AM-Assistant Manager for E-Commerce/Email & Chat Process.

Must have minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience in E-Commerce/ Email and Chat process as TL or AM.

Should have knowledge of attrition, Shrinkage calculation, quality tools, CSAT, FTR, capacity planning, Performance improvement plan, Operations Management, Team Management, Operations Team Handling should knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.

Should have at least handled 2-to 3 TL's, 2 SME and their reporting team members
