Job Description

Purpose & Accountabilities:
Assist Team Manager in managing SERP SOD/SA risk analysis and in resolving issues & escalations.
Co-ordinate periodic reviews and SOX controls and review with Team Manager to ensure complete compliance with controls and other approved documentation.
Co-ordinate in the preparation and analysis of various Management Reports.

The Specialist Role is to co-ordinate the smooth functioning of User Access Management to ensure right access is provided to the right user. Moreover, since License to Operate depends completely on compliance to controls, periodic review and monitoring of Segregation of Duties conflict (SOD) becomes key for Finance. 
There are approximately 20000 users in SERP covering P&T, Global Functions and Finance Operations.
SERP Conflict role is key to Business to ensure proper risk simulations and appropriate mitigations are assigned on time.

Maintenance of SOD/S Risk Simulation using GRC
Monitoring of Inflows and prioritization of requests
Management of Functional Mailbox and responding to Users queries
Assist Team Manager in resolving issues & escalations and in performing Root Cause Analysis
Co-ordinate periodic reviews and quarterly SOX controls and review with Team Manager
Assist Team Manager to perform special analysis and reporting, as requested by Business.
Support work flow activities as required
Ensure submission of monthly KPI file for related activities
Participate as needed in User Access improvement projects
Ensure SOPs and work instructions are up-to-date
Support review/validate and remove multiple SRG assignments
Support SRG/Qualifier mismatch validation and removal
Review Exception Register and Flag expired exception to Process experts and End users
Support Data Privacy Control

The role will require the ability to produce complete analysis to assist in decision-making and provide evidence to support resulting decisions.
The role will require to challenge and push back to requestors and the business for the nature and content of the requests received
The role holder is expected to raise operational and process issues, as well as improvement ideas
In addition, this role will participate in Continuous Improvement projects on an as needed/as available basis
Strict adherence to KPI and meeting timelines is required

6+ yrs in relevant Business area. Work experience in Global Environment an added value. Understanding of Data and impact on data quality. Analytical skills, ability to challenge and open to different views and opinions.
University degree. Experience in SAP Security Module and GRC is mandatory. Expertise in execution of SOX and business controls. Project management experience and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/Agile methodology desirable.
