Program Management Office (PMO) Communications & Strategy

Work you will do:

As part of the PMO team your responsibilities include:

Build the communication strategy to build the PMO brand
Design & create content for business collaterals PowerPoint presentations, pdf documents, point of view, marketing collaterals handouts, brochures, leadership insights
Copyedit content and ensure accuracy and quality of work before delivering
Work with leadership team and design marketing campaigns to promote services of PMO
Work closely with ITS Communication and Change Management, US India Communications teams
Develop brand consistency in all PMO communications for internal and external audience.
Collaborate with Communications team to stay abreast on ITS branding and communication guidelines
Edit and proof content for style, accuracy, completeness and consistency for all business collaterals
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, marketing, design team to plan, develop and deliver projects.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice and processes with colleagues.
Brings innovation to design
Maintains a knowledge of the key business processes, PMO service offerings and methodology

Technology Management Office

The Technology Management Office is the engine of the ITS organization, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and fiscally-sound technology operation. This multi-disciplinary team runs IT as a business by transforming IT finance, reporting project portfolio metrics, quality, deployment, delivery, and adoption, and building the IT workforce of the future.

Program Management Office
Provides hands-on advanced project management and support for multiple projects across numerous functional and technical units within the Firm, utilizing ITS and PMO standard tools, processes and methods.
