Roles and Responsibilities

Focus on continuous improvement opportunities through Lean, Six sigma initiatives. Establish quality requirements of internal & external stakeholders
Drive learning needs & certification for Green Belt/ Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma etc. Quality certifications
Create and maintain risk management & control documents (e.g. FMEA)
Identify enablers / process improvements to deliver operational performance against agreed SLA's & KPI- s, driving improvements where required
Responsible for implementing proposed process/ technology driven initiatives are effectively implemented within the SSC, this covers training, implementation and sign off
Develop process for recording & reporting of data & metrics (KPIs)
Ensure monitoring performance metrics are in place and performance reviews in place to drive delivery of proposed initiatives to agreed timescales and quality
Handle all queries from internal and external stakeholders (service desk)

Compentency

Finance process expertise Specialized in 1 and broad understanding 2-3 others (P2P, MDM, O2C, R2R, MDM, H2R will advantages)
SSC Finance tools/ tech.
Shared Services experience
