Job description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Focus on continuous improvement opportunities through Lean, Six sigma initiatives. Establish quality requirements of internal & external stakeholders
  • Drive learning needs & certification for Green Belt/ Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma etc. Quality certifications
  • Create and maintain risk management & control documents (e.g. FMEA)
  • Identify enablers / process improvements to deliver operational performance against agreed SLA's & KPI- s, driving improvements where required
  • Responsible for implementing proposed process/ technology driven initiatives are effectively implemented within the SSC, this covers training, implementation and sign off
  • Develop process for recording & reporting of data & metrics (KPIs)
  • Ensure monitoring performance metrics are in place and performance reviews in place to drive delivery of proposed initiatives to agreed timescales and quality
  • Handle all queries from internal and external stakeholders (service desk)




  • Finance process expertise Specialized in 1 and broad understanding 2-3 others (P2P, MDM, O2C, R2R, MDM, H2R will advantages)
  • SSC Finance tools/ tech.
  • Shared Services experience




  • Bachelor degree in Finance / Certified Accountant (CA/CPA/ ACCA)
  • Certified Lean/ Six sigma & Black Belt/Master Black Belt
