Job description

Position:              Senior Manager Regulatory compliance           

Function:             Legal & Regulatory Compliance

CTC Range:         12 -13 LPA

Location:              Noida, India

Overview:

Responsibilities:

•    Ensure the Regulatory Compliance in the company /Insurance industry

•    Study and analysis of applicable Regulations/Directions/Circulars.

•    Keep Track on changes in Regulatory compliance.

•    Imparting the knowledge to Business team and other stakeholders about the compliances.

•    Correspondence with the regulator on Licenses/compliances/Clarifications and various Related issues.

•    Co-ordinate with all stakeholders ie product, Technology, Sales and other Departments on Compliances.

•    Update on adoption of Regulation/directions by the industry.

Key Skills Required:

•    Understanding the Regulators objectives wrt particular Direction/Regulations specifically in Insurance industry.

•    Balancing in Legal & Business Approach in broader and practical perspective, keeping overall objective and spirit of Regulations in mind.

•    Excellent written and Verbal communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduation, LLB/ CA/CS

7-10 years of Experience in dealing/ complying with the Regulatory Compliances in any organisation of repute/Law Firm dealing in insurance business. Hands on MS Office (word, excel & power point).
