Roles and Responsibilities
Inspection of inward materials
In-process inspection Hardening and Tempering: Hardness,
In process and final quality assurance.
Responsible for final product quality.
In warding of materials for inspection
Inspection of regular parts, line failure parts, development parts.
Sample preparation
Monitoring and purchasing of laboratory consumables.
Report preparation
Planning and receiving parts for regular inspection.
Monitoring and follow-up of equipment calibration
Handling Equipment
Stereoscope & Microscope,
Rockwell hardness tester,
Brinell hardness tester,
Vickers hardness tester,
Universal testing machine,
Sample preparation equipment,
MPI, PT
Desired Candidate Profile
Exposure in LAB, Independent handling of LAB operations, Knowledge in IATF & TQM
