Been certified as Lean six sigma Master Black Belt (ASQ or ISI only) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology
Implemented six sigma projects (10 GB and 4 Black Belt Projects)
Mentored 30+ Projects on Metrics Improvement with strong statistical hypothesis testing
Conducted lean six sigma training - (at least 5 batches)
Identified and implemented RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project (at least 2 projects)

Worked in below Processes/Value Chains:

O2C - (Opportunity to Cash)

R2R - (Recruitment to Retirement)

P2P - (Procurement to Pay) - Direct and Indirect Procurement

Must have skills:

Develop and document process flow, data flow diagrams
Identify Risks and Controls in processes
Data analysis
Ability to look at end-to-end process and identify gaps in processes
Strong analytical skills to study operational performance
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Use of tools like 5 why/fish bone etc.,
Use of six sigma tools: FMEA/QFD/Regression/Hypothesis Testing/Process capability (Z as well as Cpk/Ppk)/Control Charts etc.,
Use of Lean tools: Kaizens/VSMs/Poke Yoke / 5S / Kanban / PDCA / JIT / JIDOKA / Takt time analysis etc.
Must have RPA automation life cycle management experience

Other skills:

Financial acumen to craft business cases for proposed initiatives
Ability to engage with all levels from Junior executives to Department Heads from enabling functions such as Procurement, Finance, IT and Delivery Operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to have

Knowledge of TOGAF ( The Open Group Architecture Framework)
Working knowledge on software application development process (Requirement - Development- Testing- Pilot -Release)
Understanding of SAP SD, PS, MM modules
