Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating reports regarding work received and work performed
- Inspect catalogue quality to ensure consistency and integrity
- Maintain, Analyse and evaluate catalogue related data to initiate process improvements
- Attempt failed submissions to determine the best way to scale them
- Ensure to test a certain percentage of all submissions as per the set agreements and need to share feedback to the TLs
- Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
- Manage quality assurance and ensure all analyst meet the quality target
- Provide training and support to QA team
- Create an effective and efficient sampling protocol to ensure quality
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- Candidate with quality BPO/ ITES/ Data related back office industry , e-commerce industry(Preferred)
- Proficient in using MS office applications Intermediate level
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage
- Key competencies: Communication, Problem solving, Decision making, Team work and Analytical ability
