Primary Responsibilities:

Works with Optum Connect Leaders and Defines the Identity and Access Management roadmap
Lead Identity and Access Management Delivery for Optum Connect

Required Qualifications:

Experience leading large Identity Governance projects right from inception to running day to day operations
Experience bringing in efficiencies through automation and process improvements
Strong hands-on experience working with IDM/IAM products such as SailPoint
Deep understanding of information security frameworks such as SOC2, HITRUST, ISO27001 etc.
Ability to define, implement and govern Identity Governance policies for the enterprise

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in application development and management
Experience working in an agile environment

Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Able to conduct research into Security issues and products
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
