Job Description

 

  • Ownership and accountability of the Indirect Content Management process for Procurement
    The Lead is responsible to ensure that the team performs the following activities:
    o Analytics on Procurement Spend in order to create/update Procurement Master Data
    o Propose and implement Catalogues/ Contracts in the Procurement Systems based on opportunity analysis
    o Establish and maintain Procurement Content such as Contract, Purchase Order Templates
    o Ensure that structural invoice mismatches due to incorrect prices are limited
    He/She is responsible to establish process compliance controls and performance metrics and Service Level Agreements to ensure improved efficiency and effectiveness of the process
    He/She is responsible to drive process improvements and system enhancements
    He/She will lead continuous improvement initiatives
    He/She is responsible to ensure full utilization of Procurement systems functionalities and capabilities
    He/She is responsible to ensure that an effective and efficient content communication process is established and maintained within Global Procurement.

     

Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
