Position 1

Finance Transformation(VBA/Power BI specialist)

Designation : Assistant Manager / Manager

CTC : 11 Lakhs / 14 Lakhs

Job Description:

Should have call center experience and understanding of key metrics like productivity, shrinkage, occupancy etc. and how these metrics impact business financials.

Should have experience in managing process improvement or finance transformation project in call center environment.

For Manager and Sr. Manager level, should have at least Green Belt Certified and above.

knowledge in Finance domain and process improvement.

Finance domain with BPO exp is a must

Must have knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP

Expert working knowledge of MS office with advance excel

Must have the working knowledge of VBA, Power BI, Power query etc.

Position 2

TL Reporting/FP&A

CTC Upto 9 Lakhs

Understanding of end to Record to Report and other accounting domains.

Manage Month End Close, Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets accounting, Intercompany reconciliation, and reporting.

Financial Planning and Analysis is a must.

Qualification, Experience/Competencies

CA is minimum for this role
4-5 years of Experience within finance shared services
Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
Good Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS
Experience in automation or transformation of FP&A processes

Shift : 24*7

5 Days working.
