Job description

  • Maintain, follow and enhance the Operational Excellence custom framework developed for AERIES
  • Conduct knowledge sharing session to different client functional teams
  • Evaluate and qualify the projects/functions to evaluate for process re-engineering /lean via liaison with business/ process owners/ lean champions
  • Hands on with RCA, Kaizen Principles and Lean Methodologies
  • Should be able to do Product service benchmarking
  • Deliver clear quantifiable/tangible benefits at the end of each project
  • Organize timely reviews for project milestones per predefined time frame in Charter/Project plan
  • Circulate progress of project through dashboards and share success stories through mailers
  • Identify processes for standardization, establish process documents viz., SOPs with process owners and set up process for version control, distribution, etc.
  • Capture best practices across the organization
  • Should be able to create Value Stream Mapping (VSM) in collaboration with the process owner and guiding the operations team on quality tools
  • Data analysis basis stakeholder requests and delivering actionable business insights based on it
  • Management reporting dashboards
  • Providing innovative solutions to business problems
  • Ability to work in grey areas and move them towards logical direction.
  • Excellent time management by able to manage multiple reporting projects running in parallel.
  • Mentor team member/s on improvement/standardization projects

  • Six sigma Black belt certified
  • Good analytical Skills attention to detail
  • Microsoft office expertise Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO
  • Strong Documentation skills Presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Hands on experience on MIS reporting, data aggregation techniques
  • Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies to cater to functions better
  • Self-driven minimum supervision, who can own project/programs End-to-End
  • Overall 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in quality and productivity improvement
  • Ability to - perform under pressure, establish strong stakeholder relationship, handle disputes and meet deadlines
