Job Description
- Dear All,
The role of Deputy Manager is to monitor and support the subordinate team to complete the assigned task on time. S/he should be accountable and responsible for the actions of the team members while performing the task. S/he should make the unit in compliance with policies and procedures and to ensure the deadlines are met. The person needs to interact with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of processes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for proper functioning and coordination of team which includes delegation of work, manpower planning, Performance review.
2. Maintain cordial client relationship.
3. Lead the team to ensure completion of task.
4. Look out for continuous improvement of processes.
5. Improve Productivity and Quality by changing existing Process wherever possible.
6. Resolving AMC / S&S / Investor, customer queries
7. Ensure adherence of rules while transactions are being done.
8. Liaise with all stakeholders for ensuring proper functioning of Business.
9. Support the super ordinates in carrying out task by giving relevant input.
10. Facilitate with necessary MIS reports as required by AMC and CAMS management
11. Authorize all correspondences from the department to AMC & customers on any queries.
12. Ensure the Non-financial documents is received and delegated
13. Ensure proper System set-up is implemented based on the Private Placement Memorandum and Contribution Agreement issued by the Instruction Manual.
