Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the quality of raw material, in process and finished products.
• Testing and quality assurance of raw material, in process and finished products quality control.
• Evaluation of quality results statistically for process consistency.
• Dispatch of material as per customer specifications.
• Responsible for the calibration of instruments used in the department and their accuracy.
• Conduct of experiments as per the process requirement.
• Implementation and up-gradation of new procedures, as needed as per company /customer requirements for product testing.
• Environment testing as per GPCB norms.
• Train to subordinate for any new requirements/ changes.

Skills Required

Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, EMS 14000, IATF, OHSAS, 5s and Kaizen etc.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

M.Sc. (Chemistry) with minimum 10 years of experience preferably in chemical/food/fertilizer/ Petro-Chemical Industry.
