Job description

Dear Candidate,

 

Capgemini is looking forDelivery Excellence Manager for Noida location.

 

Total Experience required - 8yrs - 12 yrs

Should be black belt certified.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for driving the continuous improvement initiatives / projects and implementing QMS for the assigned engagements.

Is responsible for creating a continuous improvement culture across the global BPO by fostering the Lean, ESOAR & digital transformation methodologies.

Ensures the Continuous Improvement approach across Engagements and Centers

Is responsible for mentoring Lean six sigma projects using digital transformation & robotic process automation

Is responsible for ensuring 100% staff is trained on yellow belt.

Supports process alignment based on DGEM

Reports monthly DEX progress against targets to the engagement stakeholders through Balance Scorecard

Fosters the global sharing of innovation, new methodologies and best practices.

Supports QMS implementation as required.

 

Requirements:

 

Should be at least GB certified with exposure to Lean six sigma (expected BB certified)

Preferred with BPO experience of 7-10 years in driving process improvement, process transformation

Should have knowledge on different RPA strategies & RPA products (expected to have certification in any of the RPA tools)

Should have knowledge in programs like,

Development Languages: Visual Basic, Java Script, ASP.Net, VB.Net, VB & C#

Workflows, SharePoint, reporting tools like power BI, Tablue

R /Python programming

Chatbots, Artificial intelligence, Process mining tools

Experience in driving improvements in F&A domain preferred

Project Management expertise
