Job description

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Understanding of respective technology possible application areas of the technology
2. Quality orientation: Understanding of quality standards for quality assurance and control of processes to achieve more consistent quality.

Training abilities: Ability to follow Train the Trainer programs arranged internally and externally.
i. Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to team members. Business Reporting Skills:
ii. Familiarity with reporting tools like MS Excel, Visio, Power point etc.
iii. Effective business report creating skills. Transition Project Management: Ability to develop and establish schedules, assignments, and action plans, for the project success along with
keeping the team members involved in the project. Analytical thinking decision making:
iv. Pragmatic approach in order to get the job done quickly and effectively.
v. Ability to look objectively at an idea or situation and come up with an effective solution Work Conditions.
v. All specific company policies to apply without exception.
vi. Compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 guidelines
vii. Should be ready to stretch beyond regular hours or work from home as and when required.

Qualifications:
B.Tech/MCA preferred
Additional diplomas certifications in technical domains are desirous.
