Job description

This is a newly created role that will support our organisation to gain and maintain ISO27001 certification.

We are looking for an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer who will be responsible for the introduction of the ISO 27001 standard into the organisation as well as reviewing the standard and building up the documentation and procedures needed to support certification

Key accountabilities

• Create or update policies and procedures to address corrective action items and non-compliance findings from previous audits
• Working through audit materials and address items marked for improvement
• Participate in audit sessions and provide resolution on gap assessment findings
• Develops reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artefacts to assist in the reporting of ISO compliance
• Internally assess, evaluate, and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security policies
• Provide development and implementation of the cyber governance and risk management function internally and across our third-party suppliers.
• Operate the cyber security compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies and regulations
• Ensure business units make informed risk decisions and actions, while ensuring that cyber security threats and technology risks are understood, managed and monitored, protecting customers, divisions and our business at all times
• Assist in the delivery of the Cybersecurity framework and strategy for Invia
• Collaborate with other teams in the evaluation, development, implementation, communication, operation, monitoring and maintenance of security policies and procedures to promote a secure and innovative Invia platform.
• Empower Invia colleagues to achieve a high performance, inclusive and accountable culture

Role dimensions

This role is accountable for Invias ISO compliance status. As such this individual will have full support of the management team to ensure compliance.
