We are hiring for Operations Manager role with a reputed BPO in Kolkata.

 

Job-Full time under direct payroll of the company.


 

PFB the job details,

 

 

1)Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees

 

2)Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job
contributions. Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with
review/approval responsibility for all operations employees

 

3)Enforcing policies and procedures

 

4)Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and
customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends. Perform
quality controls and monitor production KPIs. Should be aware of Lean, Six Sigma and other
quality tools

 

5)Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed

 

6)Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues. Communicate customer
issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience,
including resolving problems and complaints

 

7)Work closely with CEO and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures
and systems and to follow through with implementation.

 

8)Formulate strategic and operational objectives

 

9)Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability, manage budgets and forecasts

 

10)Willing to work in 24 * 7 shift
