Associate / Senior Associate Process and Quality Support

Job location- Gurgaon

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

Must have exposure in CMMI, ISO, Agile, TQM (preferred)
Expert in SQA activities, driven by a passion for quality implementation, process excellence, strong fundamentals and process understanding,
Should be familiar with process improvement framework like - CMMI (DEV and SVC), ISO 27K, ISO 9001 and active participation in certification roadmap/organization initiatives
Experience in process implementation methodologies like Agile.
Ability to performing audits,
Facilitation and query resolution for projects from initiation to closure,
Elicit process improvement requests from practitioners, analyze the process improvement requests and propose the changes to QMS.
