The Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) group designs and builds the software systems, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in We have investigators globally who investigate fraudulent transactions. Not only do we protect all aspects of the Amazon shopping experience, we also deliver services to large and small merchants hosted on the Amazon platform. In addition, we work towards minimizing the risk associated with new initiatives. The Six Sigma ACES Manager will be responsible for driving global strategy and initiatives/process improvement programs focused on reducing cost by improving efficiency,reduce volume and decision defect in Program and Improve Customer experience. Expectation from the role is gain a deep understanding of function and work with all critical take holders to drive process and technology improvements .This position requires a leader with the proven leadership ability to facilitate and guide the application of Customer Excellence methods to process optimization as well as the ability to teach those methods to other managers and associates, in order to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities associated with this position include the following:

1. Program Management:
a. Demonstrates strong scientific knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma / COPC methods and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data

b. Leads, design, development and deployment of functional world wide Excellence strategy
c. Works with TRMS leadership team to drive critical business initiatives.

d. Develops, implements and governs KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.
e. Drives and influence multiple stakeholders on project improvement opportunities

f.Establishes and continually improves the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the Customer Excellence project delivery capability by providing leadership and sharing best practices.
g. Manages multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
h. Demonstrates discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives.
I. Communicates across all levels on project and program progress.
J. Performs general duties to support and improve the Customer Excellence program locally and globally

2. Process Improvement:
a. Leads business critical high impacting projects for the vertical and ensures they are delivered within planned timelines and with expected output.
b. Supports project teams/team members on an as-needed basis to improve processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc.
c. Drives continuous improvement culture through delivery of content and training on Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Cycle, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
d. Monitors the training and professional development of all team members, looking for opportunities to strengthen their skills or acquire new ones.

Basic qualifications

Bachelors Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Technology or Business.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed institute or organization
Proven record of having lead and mentored Six Sigma BB projects yielding results in Defect reduction, Cost reduction , Process Simplification , Tech solutions
Substantial experience in program/project management or an equivalent operational role.
Proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience on working with statistical tools like JMP, Minitab etc.
Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting lines.
Proven technical leadership experience for several complete large scale complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, involving multiple (10 or more) internal/external customers.
Change agent with the ability to lead change across all levels of the organization.
Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have experience in leading and mentoring projects in ITES/ IT / Banking industry
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to facilitate multiple discussions.
Experience working as part of a global team with multiple time zones and geographically disperse resources.
Proven ability to meet right deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations.
Proven agility and nimbleness to work successfully in a highly ambiguous and changing environment.
