Alerts management is a new team sitting within GSCS, this team is accountable for ensuring market driven complaints associated to serialization are properly investigated, logged and managed through an auditable process.
Role description:
The senior data analyst is expected to have strong supply chain knowledge and a good understanding of ERP master data and sales/ delivery order processing. Candidate should be knowledgeable and responsible enough to take accountability for resolving issues and escalating where appropriate. Should be able to identify the improvement opportunities, better ways of working and be accountable for sustained improvement in the serialisation data space. Should have exposure to business projects involving serialization in Regional/ Global systems. Should be seen as an expert in their field providing coaching and support to manufacturing, product data teams, marketing companies and external stakeholders (i.e. health authorities, logistic service providers etc.).
Responsibilities:
Manage and be accountable for Logging and triaging serialisation alerts in line with quality/ auditable standards.
Monitor system logs to proactively capture incidents.
Lease and coach supply sites to identify route cause of data issues.
Escalate through marketing companies where supply maybe impacted due to market- based incidents.
Raise complaints through GCM on supply sites and GES where data complaints are associated to manufacturing.
Display a strong understanding of business processes and align the activities done in accordance with the defined global and regional standards.
Initiate, sustain and successfully accomplish process improvement activities within the defined scope of work.
Work independently to create the SOPs, knowledge documents and other related documents that can help standardize the processes and establish the standards within the defined scope of work.
As a data analyst, ensure that mentoring of fellow team mates and other stakeholders happens as a part of the regular work.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors/ Master s degree in Engineering/ Management
4- 6 years of relevant work experience.
Hands on knowledge of SAP ERP material master and delivery processing.
Exposure to working on SAP ATTP would also be a definite plus though not a mandatory requirement.
Prior experience as a Business analyst/ Functional analyst/ Process expert is also desirable.
Hands on knowledge on Microsoft office suite like Spreadsheet, Word, etc. would be a basic requirement.
Good understanding and appreciation of business processes.
Any experience/ certification in Continues improvement (Lean/ Six Sigma) would also be considered as a plus.
Should be willing to work in flexible timings.
