Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager

JD Overview:

We are seeking a Dynamic Process Manager to improve the efficiency of our business processes. He will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. He may also be required to update process documents and conduct efficiency audits.

To ensure success in this role, He should have a deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Ultimately, a top-class process manager can identify and improves key processes, thereby reducing manpower costs

Role Overview:

Work with Sr. Management and respective team stakeholders to understand their needs, identified the process gaps and analyse problems and capture their requirements. He needs to work closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement specifications that can be executed by the team.

Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder need to help create a solution to solve a problem

The Business Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's Process improvement program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with Business managers to discuss business objectives.
• Analysing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
• Identifying areas of improvement.
• Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
• Overseeing the implementation of new business processes.
• Managing improvement teams and external contractors.
• Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
• Updating process and procedure policies.
• Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.

Skill and Competencies:

• Masters degree in Business Management, Process Control Management, or similar.
• 7+ years' experience as a Process Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes.
• Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Management Software.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Report and procedure writing skills.
• ISO certification / Six Sigma / Certificate of Business Process Professional (CBPP ) certification - if any .

Education and Experience:

PG in Business Management with minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in managing business process and improvements.
