KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Mapping and Audits: Design processes AS-IS and TO-BE using BPMN notation

• Process Audit: 2 times in a year for both India and Overseas locations (ISO and ICFR)
• Responsible for ISO certification for group
• Process Performance Measurement: Management Reports/dashboards through BI tool
• Digital Transformation Initiatives: Digitize and Automate existing processes
• Training & Development: Relevant to above

Qualification:

• Post Graduate Experience: Min8 years - Post achievement of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) CertificationAny Specific

Requirement:

• Mandatory Skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Lean Six Sigma, and any BI (analytics) software) & Optional Certification (PMP certification, and Business Analyst Certification)
