Job description

• Support in CoE (Center of excellence) development for the selected Cyber areas such as OT Security
• Support in internal progress discussions
• Deliver projects in OT Security / Cyber Security requirements of IT and OT for Industrial control systems
• Manage the client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, etc. and also manage the team expectations
• Manage the project financials including timely billing, collections
• Ensure the utilization of the team members
• Contribute towards developing and upskilling the team members
• Multi-tasking with multiple client requirements

Desired Profile:

• Education: IT Background, Knowledge of Operational Technology infastructure and environment.
• 5-7 years of experience in OT and OT Security
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Experience in managing the projects
• Relevant experience of Operational Technology (DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs).
• Complete knowledge of security requirements of Operational Technology.
• Experience in performing the security assessment of OT environment.

• Certification: ISO-27001 / ISA 62443
• Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain a seamless flow of deliverables
• Excellent team managemen
