Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To create and establish 5S standards in plant and Ensure the Effective implementation of 5S through out plant and create visual factory

Extend support to cross functional teams, to drive Continuous improvement Projects (Kaizen/Six sigma / QCC/ TPM ) aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business goals.

Effective implementation and facilitation of 5S activities in Plant level Mentoring for successful completion of QCC projects Coordination with Group CI related to six sigma, QCC & Suggestions upto date. Facilitate in implementation of suggestion scheme/Kaizens Participation improve in External & Internal competition's Supporting to Plant visits & other dept. works Conducting Training for S&M Grades ( TPM /5S /QCC etc. ) Mentoring for successful completion of six sigma projects

Type of Experience required for this role ---Battery /Automobile / Steel / FMCG

Knowledge Proejcts Handlling ,Shop Floor , Kaizen Implemenation , Manpower Handling & Good in MS office Skill 5S, Lean ,Sixsigma , Cost Reduction Projects , TPM & MS Office
