Roles and Responsibilities

- As a QA Engineer you will work as part of a team responsible for delivering our high-quality software products. Through the application of systematic test tools and processes you will help deliver reliable, innovative cloud infrastructure products.

- You will be part of a team that develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, analyzes and writes test standards and procedures, maintains documentation of results, automates test cases and works closely with development engineers in the resolution of problems. This position requires an individual who is creative, team-oriented, a quick learner and driven to produce results.

Essential Functions : As part of a team, the individual will be responsible for :

- Understanding test requirements and formulation of test cases

- Developing, implementing and executing test plans

- Contributing to test automation

- Collecting comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation

- Participate in technical discussions

- Work closely with the Development team to resolve/reproduce bugs

- Work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer issues

- Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, the department, and company goals.

Job Requirements :

- Background in QA including test planning, process, and QA methodology

- Experience in software test planning, documentation and process improvement

- Experience in large scale distributed system testing

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Kubernetes and docker

- Minimum 5 years of experience in TCP/IP and Networking

- Experience in Performance and scalability testing

- Good to have programming experience in Python/Perl

- Experience with agile development, continuous integration and automated testing

- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment

. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience : BE/BTech or ME/MS/MTech or MCA with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
