Job Description
- Key Purpose of Role:
This role requires to work on requirements from product management/ customers and to make timely delivery and effectively manage the project and people and quality
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:
People Management
Manage one Functional Team that supports any one of the Cell/regions.Manages a group of employees. Provide leadership and guidance to the teams.
Provide support for recruitment, training, performance management, etc.
Knowledge of industry best practices.
Hands-on, technically savvy, who has an good amount of hands-on technical experience and people management skills.
Product and Project Management:
Support product development by enabling creative use of existing
technology platforms and by encouraging new technologies where
appropriate.
Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to execute the projects.
Plan and execute projects/products delivered within the Functional Team
Ensure Process compliance throughout the team
Stakeholder Interaction:
Work with other departments of the firm, such as HR, Finance, etc.
on Group issues.
Work with regional stakeholders to understand the product/project
needs, assign duties to team members and ensure that all deadlines
are met.
