Head quartered in Germany. We are looking for ERP Project Managers with a base at our operations center in Mohali (Punjab).
- Senior ERP Project Manager having 8-10 years of experience in ERP implementations / roll outs and has expertise on:
- At least 3 end to end implementation / rollout project experience as Project manager
- Good overview / understanding of ERP (experience on SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Consulting experience preferred at least in any one of the modules
- Good stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Good understanding of implementaton methodology
- Good communication skills
- Certification in project management preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, CITPM, P3O, )
As a project manager, has the ability to
- Develop strategies and procedures for an efficient ERP rollout project Manages projects of all sizes and scope. Full-life cycle Implementations.
- develop clear and detailed plans.
- Adopt in scope management, risk management & budget management.
- to plan and deliver the project in accordance with project plan
- Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.
- Prepare and present oral and written technical report and project presentations.
- Organize and conduct project meetings.
- Provide overall leadership to manage the project.
- Coordinate delivery across locations.
- Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (ie. system users, company management, consultants, software support staff).
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP and related application systems.
- Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.
