Job Description


    The Quality and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for managing Business Excellence initiatives including process development, system improvement, strategic planning for improving Customer focus and satisfaction, achievement of Company's goals, objectives and operational plans. Mentoring and training on Lean Six Sigma / other problem solving methodologies.

    Plan, design, implement and evaluate Processes and Systems to help achieve the goals of improvement in the operations in terms of efficiency and performance.
    Lead improvement in the current operating processes by monitoring and analysing the processes and recommend changes in processes and practices as required. 
    Deploy Lean Six Sigma programs and initiatives, and direct teams to achieve desired results using various improvement methodologies and analytics
    Motivating, and influencing project teams and provide them the leadership ability to implement the Six Sigma vision 
    Manage and driving change by being a change agent and mentor, coach and Preparation and delivery of Training programmes to educate all employees at all levels of the company regarding Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement tools.
    Share best practices methods and ideas, as well as coach and mentor others on them.
    Establish processes for identifying process improvement opportunities and their prioritization.

    Essential: - Bachelors degree / Post-Graduation degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounts or Business Administration or Engineering. 
    Must Have: - Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma
    Preferred: - ASQ certification
    Experience: -  10-15 years of experience in continuous improvement/ quality function preferably in a shared service environment or service industry, with experience in AP, AR, RTR or Commercial functions.

    Essential: - 
    Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement fundamentals and tool sets.
    Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills. 
    Ability to coach or mentor others. 
    Good knowledge of Excel
    Knowledge of automation with help of Robotics or some other modern IT technology.
    Knowledge of some analytical or statistical software like Minitab, JMP etc.
    Applied knowledge in data analysis, statistics, program implementation and evaluation. 
    Knowledge of VBA, Programing on Excel Macro, Robotics Applications like UI Path, AA, etc.


    Candidate should be project oriented & should have done process improvement projects in Finance & Accounts.

    Should be capable of getting work done through others.

    Should be able to articulate the projects done.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.
