*Design, develop and implement programs to effectively roll out Six Sigma Organization wide
*Mentor & Manage various productivity improvement/ cost optimisation Lean/ Six Sigma Green Belt Projects
*Manage quality related escalations
Required Candidate profile
*Graduate / MBA with minimum 6+ yrs overall experience with min 3+ years experience in a Process Excellence role with an International BPO / Call Center
*SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT CERTIFIED
*Should have independently handled Black Belt projects
