Job description

- Process Innovation across all existing plants of the Company

- Process engineering & design support for improvement initiatives

- Process plant troubleshooting

- Rich experience in business analysis with insightful knowledge of analysis, design and development

- Good analytical skills for process trouble shooting with sound understanding of Six Sigma Methodology

- Proficient in the execution of multiple projects.

- Possess excellent analytical, presentation and inter-personal with proven abilities in process enhancement and training & development

- Strategic support to the National Manager Process Innovation for various central initiatives

Requirements:

Qualification: BE (Chemical)

- 1-4 years (if from a premier engineering institute including IITs and NITs) and 6 to 8 years of experience if from a non-pedigree background but Govt Engg College

- Experience in Process Design Calculations, Heat and Mass Calculations, Process & Energy Efficiency Improvement, Yield Improvement
