1. Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining the ISO9001 procedures and work instructions
2. Work in cross-functional teams with other departments across the company for product improvement and development
3. Manage third-party inspection service provider and provide shipment approval to vendors once QC is complete
4. Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist associates in resolving work problems
5. Improve and maintain department performance according to set objectives and established goals
6. Demonstrate strong Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
7. To Monitor feedback from customers to identify any Quality concerns.
8. Team building and Leadership capacities.
