Roles and Responsibilities

To handle Quality related activities of inspection, verification of incoming material for production and also quality of finished goods.
Adhering and maintaining QMS in OQC, IQC and PQC
Ensuring OQC inspection as per customer specifications and transfer of finished modules to FG stores.
Responsible for Product Grading A2, A3, Z grade.
Training of Operators on Product and Process Quality parameters.
Driving Quality Circles and 5S within the Quality department
Support OBA.
Preparation of Quality reports for presentation to the Management
