Job Description



Staff Specialist Enablement Manager Should


User facing documentation (videos, handbook, templates, best practice examples)

1. Organise the online Handbook making it the source for all information pertaining to Consulting and Education services

  • Provide a common and consistent structure of document management to organize information/document for faster access
  • Ensure documented process for all functions with an immediate focus on Services Sales
  • Maintain documentation and templates to align to business changes
  • Leverage communication vehicles and LMS to drive awareness
  • Monitor use of resources and solicit user feedback

Standard content (customer facing)


2.Support the governance process by project managing change requests and releases

  • Create project plans
  • Manage risks and timeline
  • Provide status updates

3.Quality control of content changes and release process

  • Edit, proofread and publish content changes
  • Monitor and actively drive the review, approval and release activities




Required Candidate profile

  • Business writing and documentation

  • Training design and development
  • Experience with large scale LMS (learning management system) such as Cornerstone

2.Very good communication skills interfacing and building effective relationships with global and cross functional teams

4.Should be detail oriented

5.Is a self-starter and work towards fulfilling work before dead lines


The Skills & Experience You'll Bring


1.10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of document management

2.Bachelors/Master's degree with English as a major subject

3.Worked for a services organisation managing an intranet/extranet site

4.Supported different geographies and/or Lines of business

5.Been responsible for results of extended and virtual teams



  • MS Word - advanced skills
  • MS Excel, Powerpoint - intermediate skills
  • Wiki-based editing and content development, preferably Confluence or Mediawiki
  • Camtasia - video editing and production
  • Sharepoint - nice to have
