Job Description

 

The Project Manager role is highly visible within technology-driven organization and will interface directly with both client and internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, managing several projects concurrently, set clear and consistent client expectations, and identify and escalate risk as needed. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

 

    • Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
    • Develop project plans, status reports, test plans, and associated documentation, applying appropriate project methodology
    • Partner with financial stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within financial and regulatory guidelines
    • Build effective relationships with internal partners including Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Engineering and Customer Success
    • Go above and beyond on behalf of our clients to ensure the implementation is on course
    • Recommend the course of action regarding project issues/concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues to senior management as necessary
    • Facilitate cross-functional post-mortems on all projects and apply lessons learned to future projects
    • Will be managing the Graphic designers and website developers team Support calls, Tec support (Hosting, Domain),task delegation, timely delivery, time management, client coordination, account management, scope planning, budgeting(requirement basis),solutions provider, project review, bugs review, QA training, project planning, UAT approved
    • Planning the project layout with the team and execute it accordingly.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
