Roles and Responsibilities DIPLOMA ENG. (MECH.) WITH ATLEAST 15~20 YEARS HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN AN IATF SMALL/MEDIUM SIZED AUTO ANCILLARY MANUFACTURING UNIT. MINIMUM 5 YRS AS PLANT/PRODUCTION HEAD & ABILITY TO LEAD THE TEAM. SHOULD HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE OF HYDRAULIC PRESSES,MANUAL & SEMI AUTOMATION MACHINES/SPMs. PRATICAL & CONFIDENTLY WORKING ON LEAN TPM/4M VARIABLES. MUST BE VERY ANALYTICAL & RESULT ORIENTED. AGE 40~45 YRS.
