Job Description :
Exposure of STATUTORY COMPLIENCES, PMS, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, WELFARE ACTIVITIES, LEGAL COMPLIENCES, RECRUITMENT, PAYROLL, PLANT MIS, BUDGETING, AUDITING ETC.
Responsible for implementation of HR Strategy and HR Processes/ systems to meet HR objectives and organizations business objectives.
Knowledge of Employee staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits and other HR Projects
He/She develops learning plans to supports mission/key objective to ensure that learning solutions are in line with performance requirements and training needs.
He/she has to design training modules, plan training schedules and manage training programs.
Strong liaisons with government officials like ESI, PF, Labor and local authorities
Self-drive, leadership, Planning, Organizing and team building skills are must.
Fluency in communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Candidate profile
Experience: 8-10 years experience
Education: Candidate must be MBA in HR.
