Job Description
- Role:
Implementation of projects or digital initiatives in the areas of sales analytics, planning and products
Responsibilities:
Sales analytics & planning including budgeting, monthly forecasting, etc.
Development and maintenance of business intelligence tools to support visibility of sales and operational performance including management of associated masters
Sales administration through sales ERP and ensuring of transaction compliance using the same
Revenue management
o Design pricing and discounting policies based on market analysis, current product yields, financial impact of terms and conditions, etc. and recommend periodic updates
o Design product variants based on the understanding of current market needs
o Improve existing gross margin tools to accurately gauge customer level profitability
Skills required:
Strong process orientation
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Knowledge of sales force will be preferred
Qualification:
Graduate (minimum)
MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
Experience:
Experience in sales and project management will be preferred
