JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Audit data & provide timely feedback to the teams in case of any deviation
Analyze Data as per specifications
Explain standard parameters/specifications to the teams
Provide feedback to management for Quality Improvements
Publish Quality Dashboard on a daily/ weekly basis and suggest ways to increase the overall quality
Handling client deliveries and maintaining delivery details
Tracking individual performance and providing feedback
Providing feedback to the team leaders & managers
Providing training to new team members
Motivate the team to improve the Process Quality
Encourage the team to self analyze and reduce errors
Shift timing: 11 AM to 8 PM

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any stream
Ability to avoid error's & improve the overall quality
Green Belt in Six Sigma will be an added advantage but not compulsory
Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
Good typing speed
