Job Description

RBEI/ESZ is responsible for the development of L1 to L2+ ADAS functions, along with Perception and Behavior features, related to Video and Radar sensors.
RBEI/ESZ covers a broad spectrum of function and system topics.

We develop Safety and Comfort functions for DA systems. We are part of function development of the different platforms and product lines namely DACore, 1R1V, ReCo, DASy CMP and Gen5 Premium. We believe in competency development and have a strong Perception COC running within the department.
The department works with Leonberg and the different regions of Budapest, Japan, China, Korea and India to deliver functions for Customer projects also.

The team provides replay and re-simulation with SELENA and CLOE for different product lines , and ASW unit testing with CANTATA for customer projects. We support Degradation topics for JLR.

Our models of collaboration range from co-development to complete responsibility.

The job involves setting strategic goals for the team, Ensuring Delivery and quality targets for the teams, Metrics reporting, People management and career development, Team building and Technical competency as focus areas.
