  • This role is primarily responsible for process improvement/ Lean Six Sigma deployment in Product Engineering and Data solutions . Candidate should be process expert, have good communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills . Should be able identify and manage the end to end automation opportunities and have prior experience in digital transformation initiatives (MLAI, RPA adoption) . Primary Responsibilities:Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organizationIdentify issues and challenges, lead/ facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identifiedExecute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting dataDefine appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance modelPresent project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issueManage Bright Idea programProcess trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training deliveryCollaborate well with US quality and operations teams
