- 1 to 5 years of experience in project Management for Application Development in Java
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work in close co-ordination with onsite EM and clients
Exposure to onsite offshore work model
Exposure to Agile and waterfall methodologies and working with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Preferable: Exposure to Automotive domain
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management for Java / J2EE Projects
Being hands-on and help team with technical clarifications
Participate in interview drives
Work in close co-ordination with onsite EM and clients to create & manage project plans
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team (Dev, QA) is clear on objectives
Deliver technology solutions and co-ordinate and track estimation, design and development tasks
Issue management
Competencies:
Exposure to Agile and waterfall methodologies and working with tools like JIRA, Confluence
Preferable: Exposure to Automotive domain
Preferable: certified in EM / PMP / CSM / ITIL
Issue management and resolution
Manage risk tracking process
Monitor and manage scope, milestones, effort, defects within agreed KPI and SLA
Manage all documentation
Work multiple projects simultaneously and co-ordinate with dependent teams
Foster partnership with customers/ stakeholders/sponsors.
