- Position Title - Manager - Process Excellence
Experience: 14 to 17 Years

Detailed Job Description:
Telecom Domain experience is mandatory, Set departmental targets based on resource availability, plan the process development activities as per the set target, schedule, conduct and lead process meetings to enable development of efficient cross functional processes
To ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures for the entire program
To ensure the Goals of the Department are met as per the expectation of the Department Head.
To provide direction and advice to the direct reportees in performing their delegated responsibilities
To ensure schedule compliance by meeting the schedules and objectives of the project
Ensure the performance of various assigned responsibilities and the conducts of the staff are in accordance with the set policies, procedures and processes
- Set the monthly, quarterly and annual targets for the team in line with the departmental targets
- Plan the day to day operational activities for the team
- Plan, schedule and lead the process meetings
- Communicate the outcome of the process meetings with the stakeholders
- Ensure accurate process logs for all process requests received along with its document history is properly maintained
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain the required data for analysis
- Perform data analysis using principles of lean six sigma to arrive at meaningful inferences and suggest re-engineering solutions
- Develop business cases based on the analysed data showcasing the reduction in Turn Around Time / financial impact
- Perform quality checks on the process flows and documents prior to sharing with the stakeholders
- Review benchmark reports / standard frameworks and identify the gaps in the existing processes
- Plan process re-engineering based on the benchmark reports / standard frameworks
- Suggest process KPIs with the required thresholds based on industry standards
- Monitor the process KPIs to check the process health
- Liaise with technology departments for process automation activities
- Prepare customized reports and provide status update to the management (weekly/monthly)
- Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision
